For a good night's sleep
Sleep is precious. And you surely can't buy it!
Do you wake up feeling refreshed all excited to kick start your day or do you feel sluggish like you could have slept better?
Here are a few tips that might help you plan yourself before you retire to bed. Rest assured you will wake up feeling you slept like a baby! This requires just a tiny adjustment to your daily routine before going to bed!

A glass of milk before hitting the bed gives a peaceful sleep. Take your vitamin tabs or other medication as prescribed by your doctor. Keep a bottle of drinking water by your beside even if you do not use it as often. This will give you an uninterrupted sleep even if you wake up to drink a sip.3) Stay planned for the next day:
Write: Place a manual planner by your beside. Pen down the chores you plan to visit the next day. This will not only help you stay planned but also give you immense pleasure as you tick off completed tasks off your to-do list.
Bedroom rules: Go to bed only to sleep. Digitally detox. It's best if you do not install your TV in the bedroom. Screen time consumes your energy and causes strain to your eyes and mind knowingly or unknowingly. Keep your mobile phone away from you and wake up to your sweet alarm tune!
